新学期即将开始，现将有关事项通知如下：

Dear international students,

The new semester isabout to begin.The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1.上课时间：

1. Class time:

★老生将于9月11号正式开始上课。

★Current students willstartclasseson September 11.

★新生将于9月18号正式开始上课。

★Freshmenwillstartclasseson September 18.

2.上课方式：新学期开始，所有课程将恢复线下授课，请同学们确认上课时间和地点。

2.Class types:Starting from the new semester, all courses will resumeoffline teaching,pleaseconfirm the class time and location.

3.确认课表：请登录教务系统查询新学期的课表，如无法查询，请尽快联系国际学院教学办。

3.Confirm the timetable:Please check your schedule in theTeachingSystem.If you can’t check it, please contact the Teaching Affairs’ office ASAP.

4.确认名单：任课老师会在第一节课时与学生确认名单，如果你不在名单上，请及时与国际学院教学办联系。

4.Confirm the name list:The teacher will confirm thenamelist withthe students inthe first lesson.If you are not on thenamelist, please contact theSIESTeachingAffairs’Office in time.

5.保证出勤：出勤率不仅关系到你们奖学金的评选，更会影响你们的签证，一定要按时上课，迟到超过15分钟将会被记为旷课！我们将会对出勤率过低的学生采取取消考试资格、通报处分等一系列措施。

5. Guarantee your attendance:Attendance rate is not only related to your scholarship evaluation, but also affects your residence permit. You must attend class on time.If you are late for more than 15minutes, you will be counted as absenteeism!We will takeaseries of measures such as disqualifying students from exams and issuing notices of punishment for students with low attendance rates.

6.考勤方式：

★本科生、语言生：每堂课按要求在“上课啦”进行签到打卡。（国际学院教学办会在正式开学之前发布操作指南。）

★Undergraduatesand LanguageStudents:Youare required tosign inon the"Class Time"foreach class. (TheSIESTeachingAffairs’ Office will release thesign-inguidance before new semester).

★研究生：国际学院教学办会在开学前建好钉钉群，每堂课按要求在钉钉班级群内进行签到打卡。

★Postgraduates: TheSIESTeachingAffairs’ Office will set up a DingTalk group before the start of thenewsemester,andyou need tosignin onDingTalkfor each class.

7.缓补考：近期将会组织缓补考，请注意关注钉钉消息。

7.Delayed and make-up exams: The delayed and make-up exams will be organized recently. Please pay attention to the notifications in DingTalk.
